Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We will gladly accept any defective hair pieces (i.e. wrong texture, wrong length, wrong color, defective lace etc. that differs from what was ordered that is shipped in error. In the event that any of the above takes place please email us at Info@kaychanelhaire.com within 3 days (72 hours) of the package being delivered for your order to be eligible for exchange. Any requests after the 3-day period will be investigated at the company's discretion. 

All products must be unopened and in its original condition.
